There’s a couple people in my household that if they were on a deserted island and could only bring 3 items, Frank’s Red hot Sauce would be one of them. They live for anything Buffalo. I make a buffalo chicken dinner of some sorts every few days in my house. How are they not sick of it yet?? Right up there on the list is my Buffalo Chicken Dip recipe. It’s the perfect appetizer to whip up. A weekly request now that football has started back up, its our go to for Sunday games. There are so many different variations of this recipe out on the web. This has just been my go to after tweaking and using it for years. A lot of people use a rotisserie chicken which I’ve done before, but I find just boiling the chicken and using my Kitchen Aid mixer to shred it is just as easy and a lot less greasy than the rotisserie is. And if you’ve never used your Kitchen Aid mixer to shred chicken, I’ve officially changed your life.

** You’ll see I have Orange Cream sodas in my picture. I make these for my kids on game days as a special treat. All I do is put two scoops of vanilla ice cream in a cup and top it off with orange soda. They love them and it’s little bonus for their game day watching!
I hope you guys enjoyed this Buffalo Chicken Recipe! As always, if there’s anything specific you’d like to see comment below and I’ll try to make it happen!
